The WASH Specialist reports to the Chief Field Office (Level 5) for guidance and general supervision. The Specialist supports the development, preparation, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the WASH programme within the country programme. The Specialist provides technical guidance and management support throughout the programming processes, to facilitate the administration and achievement of the WASH-related output results in the country programme.

Under the general supervision of the Resource Mobilization Manager, the Donor Relations Specialist (Reports) will be accountable for managing donor reporting processes, funding amendments (including no-cost extensions) and quality assurance of all donor reports in collaboration with programme sectors. S/he will contribute to the reporting function in the Country Office, including timely preparation and completion of all donor reports (interim, annual and ad hoc) in support of UNICEF’s mission, priorities, and programmes.
